Williamstown High School, Pasco Campus, 71 Railway Place, Williamstown — opposite Williamstown Beach train station.
Bump in and bump out via Railway Place. The loading dock is at ground level with vehicle access and a roller door straight to stage.
Patron parking on Railway Place and around the school grounds on Pasco and Verdon Street.

Separate male and female dressing rooms, each with toilet, shower, hand basin, mirrors, power, 4 costume racks and lockers.
The foyer takes up to 8 trestle tables and 30 chairs. Box office in the foyer.

Event WiFi is available from GSL Melbourne at additional cost. Ask us for a quote when you book your technical staffing, and tell us where you need coverage and roughly how many devices.
Access is issued as a code tied to your event dates, which we hand to you to give out to your team.
Any network access provided by the school itself is arranged separately with the theatre manager.

No food or drink in the auditorium at any time, bottled water excepted.
No glitter, confetti or rice anywhere in the venue.
Not a licensed venue — hirers arrange their own liquor permits.
Hirers need $10m minimum public liability, with evidence provided before the hire date.

Lighting, audio and equipment must be restored to the set theatre plan. If venue or GSL staff have to restore the rig, the hirer is charged for it.

A theatre supervisor/technician must be present for all hours of hire. This is not included in the venue hire cost — technical services and staffing are supplied by GSL Melbourne and booked separately.
